Is there a way to make the submenu's scrollable?

Yes.

If the submenu is too high, you can limit its height by using the "Submenus Height" property. This property is under the Additional Options tab. It specifies the maximum height in pixels for submenus. A submenu automatically becomes scrollable if its height less than the real height of its contents.
